Kingsdown Parade, Bristol
A replacement dwelling is proposed on a prominent corner plot within the Kingsdown Conservation Area, in the heart of Bristol. Planning permission has been granted for the new house, which replaces an ‘unlisted building of merit’ which was ‘past in’ in terms of usable life. The proposed scheme will be highly efficient, maximise natural light and city wide views, whilst responding to the surrounding urban fabric. The construction started in February 2022.
